Help us congratulate the 2017 graduates at the UNT Grad Block Party

April 20, 2017

It's time to congratulate the graduating class of 2017! We want to show our latest class of graduates that their UNT family is proud of them and their accomplishments, so we're holding a party in their honor – the 2017 UNT Grad Block Party – and all UNT faculty and staff are invited to celebrate with the graduates. The Block Party is from 5-9 p.m. Friday, May 12, on Highland Street. Activities will be held on the Union South Lawn and the Library Mall.

The evening will be filled with festivities, including commemorative giveaways, free festival-type food, food trucks, live music, games, photo ops, Scrappy, a special ice cream flavor in honor of graduation, and UNT merchandise and memorabilia available for purchase. Everything wraps up with fireworks and the UNT Alma Mater at dark.

Parking will be available in the lots along Welch Street, in the Highland Street parking garage and in the Fouts Field lot.
