ITSS Central Web Services Switched to ServiceNow Ticketing

On Jan. 17, 2017, ITSS Central Web Services (CWS) switched from the OTRS ticketing system to ServiceNow.  As a result, if your website is hosted by CWS and you have a website-related request or issue, you will no longer be able to submit a new ticket by emailing or going through the OTRS customer portal.

To submit a new ticket to CWS in ServiceNow:

1.      In a web browser, go to and login with your EUID and password.

2.      Go to Request a Service > Web Services > Internet and then select the item that best describes your request or issue.

3.      Complete the form and then click Order Now.
