Dear UNT community,
On Sept. 13 we notified you that there was an issue with the purchase order rollover process that may have had an impact on your department. The issue was with incorrect data in the pre-encumbrance (requisition) and encumbrance (purchase order) fields in COGNOS.
As of Friday, Sept. 22, the issue has been corrected.
We encourage you to regularly review your COGNOS report and let Procurement Services know if you see an issue.
