In the past, students have worked on a marketing campaign for the Dallas Mavericks. The course deliverable was a brand strategy plan for the Mavericks to pursue.Ticket Operations (3 hrs)Explores how professional sports entertainment organizations can develop ticket sales strategies. Previously, students have visited the Frisco Roughriders and worked at their call center to sell tickets.Fan Engagement (3 hrs)Introduces fan relationship management, allowing students to become acquainted with the unique, deep emotional connections that people maintain with their sport entertainment organizations.
