How to Access Results
Any manager/supervisor with four or more direct reports who completed the survey now has a report available in the Gallup Access Portal for their department. If you have four direct reports, and only three completed the survey, you will not receive a report. Your department would be added in to your supervisor's report.
To access the results of the 2020 UNT Employee Engagement Survey, you will need to log on to your Gallup Single Sign-On Account. To do this, navigate to your employee portal (my.unt, my.untdallas, my.hsc, my.untsystem), and click on the Employee Engagement pagelet.
This will take you to the System Gallup Engagement site where you will then click on “Click Here for the 2020 Gallup Survey Results.”
You will then be prompted to log in to your Gallup Single Sign-On and enter your EUID and password, which will give you access to your Gallup Access Portal.
Helpful Tools and Resources
Organizational Development and Engagement (ODE) has developed the following workshop to help individuals navigate the new Gallup Access Portal, access and analyze results, and view helpful resources for their team:
Utilizing the New Gallup Portal: Go to UNT World Learning, search the title and click “Enroll.”
Choose which date works best for you:
o Friday, Nov. 20, 2-3 p.m.
o Monday, Nov. 23, 11 a.m.-noon
o Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2-3 p.m.
If you are not able to attend any of these live virtual sessions, a recording will be placed on the Gallup Engagement website for you to view on-demand.
The survey is the first step in the engagement process, but we would like managers to continue this journey by discussing the results together with their teams. Contact the ODE team for engagement education, coaching and help in guiding your team through developing an Engagement Action Plan.
