Dear UNT Community,

You likely have heard by now that the Eagle Student Services Center (ESSC) is getting an overhaul, so that we can make way for a more streamlined approach to serving our students in critical areas. 

As we begin renovations today for our new space, I want to ensure you that there will continue to be easy access to core services that our students rely on throughout the construction.

Beginning today, construction will take place on the first and second floors of ESSC and foot traffic will be rerouted throughout the building. During this transition, all offices will remain open to serve you. Have questions about your Financial Aid, your Student Account, or need assistance from the Registrar? Go to the first floor, where all three offices will be combined. On the second floor, the Admissions team will be available for those who need to drop off documents or to meet for appointments at the ESSC Welcome Desk. 

To make the construction period as easy to navigate as possible, we launched a webpage, which provides up-to-date information and resources such as detour maps and how to schedule appointments with our team. Signage and other wayfinding materials were placed today, but please don’t hesitate to let us know if you see trouble areas that need more attention.
