Dear UNT Faculty and Staff Colleagues,

Today marks the first day of the Spring 2025 Gallup Employee Engagement Survey, and I encourage each of you to take a few minutes to candidly share your feedback about your workplace.

The role of faculty and staff in helping our students succeed is critical. To best provide students with the support they need to achieve their goals, it’s important you feel supported, valued, and appreciated for the work you do each day. As we move through our university’s strategic planning process and work together to transform our future, we have the opportunity to collaborate on how to make UNT an even better place to work.

This annual survey, administered in coordination with the UNT System, will ask for insight about your experience as a UNT employee, and the results will be used to evaluate how we attract, develop, and celebrate our faculty and staff. It will also help us identify trends in employee satisfaction, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased employee engagement.

The survey, which is open now through May 5, takes about five minutes to complete and your answers are confidential. An email will be sent directly to you from Gallup; please don’t mistake this for spam.
