Dear UNT Students,

Today, I am proud to announce the newest college at UNT — the Anuradha and Vikas Sinha College of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics. This new college is possible because of a transformational $20 million gift from Anuradha and Vikas Sinha, and it represents a bold vision for what your UNT education can prepare you to do.

Even if AI isn't your major, this college will create opportunities that reach beyond its degree programs. The world you're graduating into is changing fast, and almost every field — from business and healthcare to education, the arts and engineering — is being reshaped by these tools. Some of you will study in this college directly while many more of you will benefit from what it builds.

This is exactly the kind of investment our university is working toward as we advance the central priorities outlined in our Look North: UNT 2030 strategic plan. Our goal is to better align our academic programs with business and industry needs, so you graduate ready for the jobs of the future.

I'm grateful to Anuradha and Vikas Sinha for investing in your future, and I can't wait to see what you accomplish with the opportunities this college will create.

Respectfully,

Harrison Keller, Ph.D.
President
