Our network brings high school and college educators together to strengthen dual credit instruction, share effective practices, and build stronger pathways for students.

Members meet virtually twice each month for networking, collaboration, and professional learning, including annual summer professional development focused on growth mindset and dual credit success.

What to Expect

As a member of the Dual Credit Network, you'll have opportunities to: 

  • Join twice-monthly virtual meetings to connect with colleagues and explore topics related to dual credit
  • Participate in discussions and problem solving with educators and patterns from across Texas
  • Attend a summer professional learning session focused on growth mindset and dual credit success
  • Engage in ways that fit your role and schedule

FAQs

Who can join the Dual Credit Network?
High school teachers, counselors, advisors, college faculty, district leaders, administrators, and others who support dual credit students and programs.

Is there a cost to participate?
Membership and participation in the monthly virtual collaborations is FREE. The annual professional development may have a fee beginning Summer 2027. All costs and fees will be provided to members in advance. 

Do I have to attend every meeting?
Meetings are opportunities to connect and learn, but participation is not required.

How often does the network meet?
Virtual collaborations occur twice each month for 1-hour via Zoom, along with a 2.5 day summer professional development opportunity.

Do I need to be affiliated with UNT to participate?
No. We welcome educators and partners from across Texas.

What if I'm new to dual credit?
Educators at all levels of experience are encouraged to join and contribute.
