Dear UNT Community,
Today UNT launched the DSI Support Hub, a new unified tech help site for all faculty, staff and students. Our goal was to ensure your tech issues are solved quickly on a site that's easy to access. Need Help? Go to the site. Choose Student or Faculty/Staff. Choose Phone, Live Chat or Ticket. That's it.
In 2020, UNT quickly shifted to remote learning and created teachanywhere.unt.edu and learnanywhere.unt.edu to help you get the technical resources you needed to ensure teaching and learning continued during the pandemic. Building off of that momentum, the technical support teams in the Division of Digital Strategy and Innovation (DSI) have worked really hard to ensure the DSI Support Hub is an easy-to-use, one-stop shop for all your tech needs. The site includes self-help resources and the ability to make a call, start up a live chat, or submit a ticket -- everyone at UNT can have the convenience of choosing their preferred method of interaction.
While this site can be the first stop for everyone, rest assured that we have worked closely with each college and all college-level technical/desktop computing support will continue to operate as usual.
In our ongoing efforts to make UNT the best place to work and learn, we will continue to innovate based on your feedback. We look forward to hearing from you about your experiences using techsupport.unt.edu.
Most sincerely and forever Mean Green,
Adam D. Fein, Ph.D.
Vice President for Digital Strategy and Innovation
