The Conflict of Interest (COI) module of the Grants and Research Administration Management Suite (GRAMS) will be implemented Tuesday, May 17.

The implementation will require all of GRAMS to be taken offline after business hours on Monday, May 16, and it is expected to come back online Tuesday, May 17. No current modules (Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee, Grants and Agreements) will be available while GRAMS is offline. When GRAMS comes back online, IACUC, Grants, Agreements and Conflict of Interest will all be accessible.

The COI module in GRAMS will allow researchers to update their disclosure profile to include any significant financial interests such as stock ownership or equity. This change will replace the annual Qualtrics survey that is distributed in the fall.

COI training videos and quick reference guides are available in Bridge and on the research website. GRAMS COI users will need to complete required training through CITIprogram.org that will integrate into GRAMS. Other users, including disclosers of COI who are outside of the research community, also will have training available for updating a disclosure.
