Learn to recognize the current fraud threats and tips on preventing theft of your identity. Presented by Ryan Heinrich and Pat Sherman of DATCU.
March 23 Noon - 1 p.m. Eat Right, Bite by Bite! Support and Services Building (SSB) 102
Supporting the philosophy that every little bit (or bite!) of nutrition is a step in the right direction and small goals/changes can have a cumulative healthful effect, this presentation will cover general nutrition principles and recommendations, tips for grocery shopping, and simple healthy food swaps, and it will uncover facts vs. fads! Presented by Samantha Krysiak, Registered Dietitian of Sport Nutrition and Dining Services.
March 24 2 - 3 p.m. More Than Stress Survival 101! Support and Services Building (SSB) 105  
Join Dr. Tamara Knapp-Grosz, Senior Director of Counseling and Testing Services, as we identify personal signs of stress and how it may uniquely impact each of us physiologically, emotionally and behaviorally. Participants will develop a personalized stress management plan to not only buffer current stressors but help them thrive during busy times.
March 24 3 - 4 p.m. Budgeting 101:  Managing Your Money Support and Services Building (SSB) 102
Cover the basics of developing a personal budget based on your financial goals. Presented by Mike Vance and John Mallouf of DATCU.
March 25 11 a.m. - noon Awe-Titude: Seizing Joy in A Hurting World Support and Services Building (SSB) 105
Join Positive Psychologist Dr. Tamara Knapp-Grosz as we explore how incorporating this self-care practice into your daily life can add joy and meaning to your personal and work life, especially when you need it the most.
March 25 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Credit Score 101:  Understanding and Improving Support and Services Building (SSB) 105
Learn the basics that determine your score, why it matters and how to improve it. Presented by Pat Sherman and John Mallouf of DATCU.
March 26 Noon - 1 p.m. Insurance 101:  Understanding the Basics Support and Services Building (SSB) 102
Understand the terms to know and how much coverage you need. Presented by Lacey Bloom and Carrie Gorman of DATCU.
March 26 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. When a Crisis on Campus Rocks Our World Support and Services Building (SSB) 105
Secondary trauma occurs when witnessing or hearing about the traumatic experience of another causes emotional distress. Join crisis counselor Marilyn Parrish, LMSW, in a discussion on how crisis events on the UNT campus impact students, teachers and the university culture as a whole, and what we can do to heal.
March 27 11 a.m. - noon Starting Strong! Support and Services Building (SSB) 102
Helpful resources to start your year off strong as you set health goals and track your progress throughout the year, whether that includes managing a health condition, losing weight, increasing your physical activity or reducing your stress. The overview will guide you through everything you have available as a HealthSelect participant, starting with the Well onTarget® wellness portal.

This is where you will access:

- Your Health Assessment

- Self-management programs

- Personalized coaching

- Trackers and apps

It will also cover the Blue PointsSM incentive program and fitness and weight management programs. Presented by Sarah Blackwell of Human Resources.

Get important tips to help you through the journey to home ownership. Presented by Janice Sheppard of DATCU.
