No matter where you are in Denton, odds are you're never too far from some live music. Whether you're listening to a concert, an intimate show or a street performance, there are plenty of places in “lil' D” to take in some tunes:
LSA Burger
In addition to being named one of the best places to eat off campus, students also enjoy catching a show at LSA Burger Co. After all, what goes better with live music than a juicy burger?

Quaker Town Parker
This city park transforms into a sprawling music venue when the Denton Arts & Jazz Festival takes over every April. Attendees of the free fest can take in performances on six outdoor stages, one indoor stage and throughout the park by roving musicians, but students definitely will want to check out the UNT stage to hear their fellow students perform.

Courthouse Lawn
No need to buy a ticket; just bring a blanket to spread out on the Courthouse Lawn in the center of Denton Square and enjoy some local music like the Twilight Tunes series.

Killer's Tacos
If burgers and music aren't your thing, why not give tacos and music a try? Killer's Tacos is on the corner of Bryan and Scripture Street, just a couple blocks north of campus.
