Introduction to International Sustainable Tourism (3 hrs)Global travel and tourism examined through the lens of sustainability and the triple bottom line
the economic, socio-cultural, and environmental effects of tourism on a destination. Introduction to the different components of the travel and tourism industry with a particular focus on examples of high and low sustainability practices in each industry, using case studies from around the world as illustrations.
